Bergslagen Sparbank AB is owned today to 52% of Sparbanksstiftelsen Bergslagen and 48% of Swedbank.
Bergslagen Sparbank has its roots in Linde Savings, New Kopparbergs Savings and Fellingsbro Savings. The oldest is Fellingsbro Savings, founded in 1855. When the merger was Sparbanken offices in Lindesberg, Kopparberg, Storå and Fellingsbro.
