J&T Banka, branch of a foreign bank in Slovakia was opened in 2006. J&T Banka focuses strategically on clients and trades that require a high individual approach. In addition to comprehensive private banking services for selected clients, they provide specialised financing in real estate and enterprise acquisitions and securities trade for major private investors. J&T BANKA operated in the Czech Republic since 1998.
They focus on funding projects in the field of real estate, acquisitions, restructuring and receivable trading. Their key competitive advantage is the ability to promptly evaluate proposed projects in cooperation with the expert background of the J&T Group. Familiar with the market and the complex standing of the client, they adequately secure possible risks. It is the speed of the entire process - starting from evaluation up to provision of funds - that is their biggest added value. Apart from this, they provide consultancy in restructuring or refinancing liabilities in cooperation with the client.
According to J&T's understanding, private banking means complex care for the client. Their ambition is to satisfy client wishes and expectations, not necessarily only those related to classical banking services. In particular their private bankers seek the optimum way of communicating with their clients to establish a relationship based on trust and openness. With these well-established relationships, they are able to create special products for clients according to their individual requirements and needs, mostly by utilising synergies of all the companies belonging to the J&T Group.
They provide every basic banking service – starting with current accounts and domestic / international payments; issuance of payment cards, provision of safe deposit boxes and operations in cash. They make continuous investments into the development and improvement of their banking services. Clients with significant volumes of payment transactions are offered remote account administration through electronic banking - home-banking and internet banking.
