The alpha mapping on the ten numeric keys shall be as follows. Digits 1 and 0 contain no alphabetic characters.¹

The following specifications apply:

• Alphanumeric keys should be a neutral colour
• There is a tactile dot used as a tactile symbol on the numeric key ‘5’, to indicate the centre point of the alphanumeric key pad
• Key boundaries shall be readily discernable by touch
