In addition, it offers foreign payment services and loan and guarantee arrangements in Europe, North America, Asia, Africa and Australia through representatives.

The company, formerly known as Privredna banka, was founded in 1868 and is based in Novi Sad, Serbia & Montenegro. As of December 11, 2006, Vojvodjanska Banka a.d. is a subsidiary of National Bank of Greece SA.
