Fortis Bank Polska SA

Fortis Foundation Poland was set up in 2006. The Belgian government, in agreement with Fortis authorities, has decided to acquire full control over all the assets of Fortis Bank SA/NV, which directly controls Fortis Bank Polska SA.

The Group's principal activity is the provision of corporate and institutional banking. It is engaged in banking transactions for domestic and foreign entities and individuals.

Its services are divided into four categories: Personal Finance, Merchant &Private Banking, Corporate Banking and small and medium-sized enterprises. It offers deposits, credit cards services, mortgages, loans, pension and investment fund intermediary services, as well as e-banking, corporate cash management and investment financing, custody, leasing and brokerage services and others.

The Group also specializes in the issuance of bonds and promissory note and check operations. The Group has one domestic subsidiary- Fortis Private Investments Polska SA and is active solely in the Polish market.
