Veneto banka d.d., Zagreb, Draškovićeva 58, was established on 18 June 1992 as a joint-stock company. It started operating on 8 July 1992, when it was registered in the Register of Companies of the Commercial Court of Zagreb.
The Bank headquarters are in Zagreb, and business is conducted through a network of branch offices spread through 5 counties in the Republic of Croatia: 4 in Zagreb, 2 in Pula and one each in Rijeka, Crikvenica, Varaždin, Krapina and Dubrovnik.
In 2007 the activities of Veneto banka d.d. (hereinafter: the Bank) were mainly connected with profound restructuring and business repositioning of the Bank.
