Tokuda Bank AD was incorporated on 27 December 1994 as a joint stock company under the Banks Act and the Company Act. The bank operates in compliance with the existing legal requirements and the full license received from the Bulgarian National Bank.
Tokuda Bank AD is part of the economic group Tokushukai Medical Corporation, Japan, whose founder and owner is Dr. Torao Tokuda.
The bank’s majority stakeholder is International Hospital Service Co., Osaka, Japan, which owns 94 percent of the bank’s authorized capital.
