Raiffeisenbank (Bulgaria) EAD is among the fastest developing banks in the country. The expansion of the bank is particularly successful in the last few years. The Bank is established in 1994 according to the Bulgarian Law on Banking and Credit Activities, Raiffeisenbank (Bulgaria) EAD is fully licensed for operations in Bulgaria and abroad.

Raiffeisenbank (Bulgaria) EAD is fully consolidated subsidiary of Raiffeisen International Bank-Holding AG – the steering company of the RZB Group in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). Raiffeisen International is owned by the Vienna-based Raiffeisen Zentralbank Österreich AG (RZB), which holds around 70 per cent of the company. The balance is free float, the shares are traded on the Vienna Stock Exchange.
