Meinl Bank AG, together with its subsidiaries, provides a range of banking products and services primarily in Austria. The bank engages in a range of corporate and investment banking activities, including corporate finance and investment banking/advisory services; equity capital markets; merchant banking; debt capital markets, such as trade and export financing, trade in illiquid debts, trustee business, and acquisition and structuring of merger and acquisition transactions; and trustee business.
